Angus McIntosh

Chairman


Angus McIntosh is a seasoned food industry professional who previously led European procurement for Mars Incorporated and later globally for Beiersdorf AG, where he was responsible for annual spend of nearly $4bn. He has direct experience of globally sourcing commodities such as cocoa, oils, dairy, grains and sugar and has travelled widely to producing countries in Africa, South America and Asia. Angus also has substantial public policy experience on industry representative missions to the UK Government and European Commission on a range of agricultural policy matters. He has a wealth of other sourcing and business experience in the CPG sector.

Garrett Bainbridge

Chief Executive Officer


Garrett Bainbridge has a background in finance, having worked as an asset manager overseeing a $300 million portfolio for Alex. Brown Realty, a private equity real estate investment firm in Baltimore, MD. Subsequently, as a partner of AND Impact X, he worked in an advisory capacity to several startups across a variety of industries, with a common theme of coupling potential for high growth with high social impact. Garrett obtained his B.A. from the University of California-Irvine and his M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Development from Johns Hopkins. He serves on the boards of the Robert Garrett Fund for the Surgical Treatment of Children at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and of the Evergreen House Foundation.


Nithin Mettu

Chief Business Development Officer


Nithin Mettu is an impact investor with positions in Healthvana, Ostendo, BEGiN, and Paradigm Fitness, amongst others. Nithin is the co-founder of AND Impact X, an advisory services vehicle focused on accelerating early to growth stage businesses. He is an advisor to BEGiN, Cogni, HST Solar, and is an advisory board member to Holberton School and Healthvana. He is heavily involved in the Nexus Global ecosystem, contributing to a number of the working groups including Energy Innovation, Media & Storytelling, Equal Justice, and Impact Investing. Nithin received his JD from the University of San Diego.


Spencer Ingraham

Chief Operating Officer

Spencer Ingraham is a veteran of the real estate and infrastructure development, nuclear and hazardous materials remediation, and energy commodities industries, with a focus on operations, sourcing, cost controls and logistics. Spencer has been responsible for direct oversight of projects totaling approximately $500 million, and has contributed to projects worth roughly $5 billion in his career. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Miami University, Farmer School of Business, and has completed projects across the United States as well as in Africa and India.
